The beach is about 1/2 mi. from our house with private beach access and parking or easy walk. Golf cart rental is available. It has: cable TV, VCR, CD player, full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, all flatware / utensils, answering machine, High speed Internet. Max. occupancy is 7

Low Season Price : $500
High Season Price : $850 per Week


Payment Policy: All Payments must be made in US Dollars
All rates are subject to 11% tax.
There's 4% surcharge for credit card use.
In season rentals are min 7 nights stay / Saturday to Saturday

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee 10%.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Rules: This is a non-smoking, no pets unit and strictly enforced.
Smoking permitted only on balcony.

Check In Time: After 3 PM
Check Out Time: By not later thsn 10 AM
