Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house that is ONLY 60 feet off of the ocean. The view from the deck is awesome along with ocean views from all of the bedrooms. The beach access is located directly in front of the house for ease getting to the ocean. This house has parking for up to 5 vehicles (depending on size), outside shower and storage building for beach chairs, coolers, bikes, etc.
We live in Ocean Lakes and maintain all of our houses. We take a lot of pride in our beach houses and hope that you take the opportunity to vacation with us. Ocean Lakes and Myrtle Beach are one of the most beautiful areas of the southeast. There are so many different activities to experience in the Myrtle Beach area (known as the Grand Strand). We are fortunate to have 30 miles of wide beaches, 120+ golf courses, Hard Rock Theme Park, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet malls, water parks, miniature golf, surf lessons, all types of water sports, incredible locally owned seafood restaurants (Murrells Inlet area, 7 miles south). There are over 1,000 restaurants on the Grand Strand, a wonderful dining experience. For the fisherman or woman, Ocean Lakes offers 8 fresh water lakes along with surf fishing that do not require a permit. If you decide to rent a boat or fish the intercoastal waterway, you will have to obtain a fishing permit. There are plenty of locally owned deep sea fishing charters, boat rentals and marinas.
All of our beach houses have fully furnished kitchens with all appliances, utensils, plates, silverware, cooking utensils and gadgets. Full size washer and dryer located in the house makes life a little easier on vacation. The beds have pillows, comforters and mattress covers. We can provide a linen package (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels) for an additional fee.
The favorite mode of transportation in Ocean Lakes is a golf cart. We do rent 4 passenger covered golf carts for an additional fee. Most people ride golf carts, bikes, skateboards or walk through Ocean Lakes. There is a 10 mph speed limit throughout our community and 24 hour security. The community is very family oriented and ensures that you will have a wonderful and safe vacation.
