Master bedroom with private balcony with beautiful marble two head shower with elegant powder room. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, fully stocked utensils. Washer and dryer conveniently located in master bedroom. A second balcony looking over an incredible view of the Atlantic! One large oceanfront swimming pool.
Note: This is a non-smoking unit. Any damage caused in the Condo or on the balcony, or smoke odor in the condo is automatic non-refund of the security deposit. Beds: one king, one queen, two twins.

Damages - You will be legally responsible for broken or missing, electronics, equipment, broken doors, walls, cabinets, furniture, televisions, vcr’s, etc. This place is to be cared for like your home so please take care of it. By signing below you agree to all specified in this document.
