In season rentals are min 7 nights stay / Saturday to Saturday Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee 10%. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, unless unit is re-rented. Rules: This is a non-smoking, no pets unit and strictly enforced.
