The plantation is located in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. The Margate Tower is one of the most luxurious residential enclaves offered in Kingston Plantation.

Our 2130-square-foot, 22nd floor ocean-front unit has a gorgeous sunset ocean view. Master bedroom features a king-size bed with large garden tub in the bathroom. Bedroom two has also king-size bed and Bedroom Three has two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs and living room features large screen TV with a DVD player.

Living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping spaces.

The unit has been beautifully decorated throughout. If you want a Luxury first class accommodation in every respect, this condominium is for you! The reservation at our condominium includes the use of Kingston Plantation's crown jewel - Sports and Health Club. Yoga, aerobics and aquacise classes are especially popular. Outside, surrounded by sun-washed decks and lush landscaping, is a junior Olympic pool. Those who like spirited competition can enjoy clay and hard surface tennis courts - including a stadium court for tournament play. Tennis courts are lit for night play.
