When USA TODAY compiled a list of the cleanest beaches in America. Isle of Palms was included as one of the cleanest in the United States and the only beach in South Carolina to make the list.
"Beach Palms" is only a 2 minute walk to the Beach/Ocean and is also near the Intercoastal Waterway and Marina. CATV/VCR/Stereo/DVD player. Maid service available and all linens included.

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $2150
High Season Price : $3395 per Week


Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11.5% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% Reservation Fee are added to all quoted rates for all rentals of less than 90 days.
Weeks normally run from Sunday to Sunday.
Arrival time is between 4 PM and 7PM - Departure time is 10 AM.
Renters are responsible for all telephone toll charges and if renting for 1 month or longer, renters are responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water) except Cable TV.
Pets require the payment of a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit.
The Wild Dunes Sports Card Program is included with your rental for access to the Wild Dunes Tennis Center, Fitness Center and Club Pools including the Club's Heated Lap Pool.
Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances.
