Chalet Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $125
High Season Price : $125 per Day


Security & 50% deposit are required no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Balance of rental fee is due no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds will be given if notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices received less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, for no-shows or for early departures.

All rentals are non-smoking and do not allow pets.

Check in time is 1 pm, check out time is 11am.

In addition to the rental fee and security, the following charges will apply:

10% sales and use tax
$65. cleaning fee
$35. hot tub fee
$10. per additional occupant (over 2)

Personal checks or money orders are acceptable , payable to Exit Realty MVP Property Management Trust. A returned check fee of $25. will be charged.
