New house is located on a very nice piece of property in a rural setting, about 35 minutes west of Asheville. Enjoy cool summer evenings or gorgeous autumn views on the porch while looking at the mountains in the distance. Fines Creek can be heard as it flows down behind the house, and you can eat on the deck and ejoy everything around you. There are many wildflowers and trees to enjoy. The Appalachian Trail is not far away and shopping in Waynesville is a treat!

50% downpayment is necessary to hold your dates. Credit card or bank draft for this exact amount only.
Monthly rate $1650. Weekly $550. All rates plus 11.25% tax. Pet fee of $25 per pet Cancellation policy: More than 60 days prior to arrival $25-60. Less than 60 days one night's rent.
