We cannot rent the guest cottage alone.

This vacation destination is just perfect. There is a main house which has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, reading room, bar and beautiful deck over-looking the lake. There is also a guest cottage which can be rented in addition to the house. It adds another livingroom, a kitchenette, 1 full bath and 2 bedrooms. Between the 2 houses is a screened-in porch with eating area, which also over-looks the water. Our home is fully stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, bar glasses, and even beach toys. Rates

Low Season Price : $850
High Season Price : $1450 per Week

We will block the dates on or calendar after receiving your deposit.
Required deposit is 1/2 of rental amount.
Remainder is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Remainder consists of the 2nd half of your rent, $350 security deposit, and pet fee if applicable.
