Linens are NOT provided but can be obtained for a fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, electric range/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor and toaster oven.

3 color TVs with cable, DVD, VCR, local telephone, washer and dryer, central heat and AC, outside gas grill, charcoal smoker, hammock and tree swing are provided.

The property is a 30-minute drive from Charlotte, NC where there is an airport. Carowinds Amusement/Water Park, Discovery Place, and Charlotte Motor Speedway are all located less than an hours drive away. Many NASCAR garages are located in Mooresville, as well as a NASCAR museum which are about 10 minutes away by car. Two golf courses are located within 5-minute drive, one is in the neighborhood.

Medical facilities are close by (within 5 miles).
