Main Description
our house is a two story drive under with two decks on the front and one deck off the back on the second floor. it has a laundry room, storage (with beach buggy, chairs, kite, fishing equipment, etc.), outdoor shower, picnic table, charcole grill,& clothesline all in the drive-under part of the house. the first floor entry leads into a sitting area with tv, the front br has a trundle bed with its own bath. then there are two queen brs with a bath between on the back of the house. stairway upstairs goes directly to the living room with entertainment center open to the dining area and kitchen. the second floor has a master br with a king bed and another bathroom.
there is a full kitchen well-equipped for a gourmet cook. we have taken care to try to provide everything a person could want to have the best vacation ever.
there is a famous turtle hospital located on the island that rescues sea turtles and marks turtle nests with dates so people can camp out and watch for the "boil" in hopes of helping the baby turtles make their way to the ocean. you can visit the turtle hospital and get more information about turtle habits. there are several really good restaurants on the island, along with a fresh seafood market or you can charter a boat and catch your dinner yourself.
there are no high-rise condos or commercial tourist attractions; only cottages along the beach, never crowded and the most beautiful sunsets on the sound. if you are interested in a relaxing laid-back kind of vacation- you will enjoy topsail island.

the week is from sat to sat. there is a $300 security deposit. if you clean, you will have all the deposit returned; if not, we will keep $200 for cleaning. 1/2 of the weeks rent is required to reserve your week, the remainder of the rent is due within 20 days of your stay. cancellations must be made 20 days prior to your stay. we accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks and credit cards (via paypal). we also can be flexible and split up a week.
