Townhouse Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1200
High Season Price : $2400 per Week


This unit can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights. Rental on the unit can be made using US Dollars by check, money order, bank draft or cashiers check. Minimum deposit of $500.00 must be received no later than 7 days after notifying us of accepting unit for rent. After 7 days, unless notified, unit will be placed back on the market. Final payment must me received 30 days befor arrival date. There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 and a damage deposit of $400.00 received prior to arrival. The damage deposit check will not be cashed but returned after satisfactory inspection of unit by cleaning crew. Cancellation of rental must be made 30 days prior to arrival and all deposits will be returned. No deposits returned less than 30 days.
