Key West is a 55 minute ride. Plenty of shops, restaurants and the sunset on Mallory Square. Be sure to arrive on Mallory Square 2 hours before sunset to see all the local acts.

House has new kitchen with granite countertops on wood cabinets. New stainless steel appliances. Second refrigerator in laundry room for bait and extra beverages. 12' sliding glass door and 9' sliding glass door in sitting room. Small pool on side yard. Screened in porch with 3 patio tables and ceiling fan. Carport and driveway can accomodate 3 cars or two cars and one trailer.

Personal checks or cashiers checks only. $1500 September-December $2000 January-May $2100 June-August $2500 Christmas, New Years, Labor Day, Memoria Day, July 4 $2900 Mini Season, Open week lobster season $500 security deposit $300 deposit due with signed lease to reserve your week. Balance due 4 weeks prior to your stay with $500 security deposit. Deposit is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to your reservation date. If cancellation is received within the 4 week period, deposit is refundable if the week is renting out again.
