Three bedroom two bath pool home with carport on double lot, 100' wide. Very private. Carport and driveway can accomodate three cars or two cars and one boat trailer. House is tiled in main living areas. Bedrooms are carpeted. Two bedrooms have one queen sized bed, one bedroom has two twins. One couch in living room is a pull out bed. House is 1250' under air. Central air conditioning. All linens included. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes, blender, microwave. Refrigerator with ice/water on door. Many palm trees to shade huge screened porch. Three patio tables on porch. Two fans with lights. Porch leads to pool area. Two lounge chairs and four patio chairs on pool patio. Pool is 2 years old. Built in bench along one side for pool seating.
Cement walkway through palm trees from porch and carport to dock. Patio area next to dock with table/chairs and lounge chairs. 80' dock with water and power. 50' available for your boat. Deep water canal joins Boot Key Harbor. Canal has 7' draft. Can accomodate large boat or sailboat. Dock refurbished last year. All new Veranda board. Gas barbeque grill on cement walkway.
Motor out Sister's Creek to the ocean and Sombrero Beach. Or you can motor out the harbor to the 7 Mile Brige. Three restaurants and three gas stations in harbor. Gas stations also offer snacks, bait, oil.

Sombrero Country Club offers golf, 2 miles away. Plenty of boat rentals for private use or charters available in Marathon. Large city park less than one mile away. Basketball, tennis courts. Skateboarding area. Large, shaded passive city park with playground 2 miles away. Swim with the Dolphins at Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, 10 minutes away. Also swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea in Islamerada, 45 minutes away.
Key West is a 55 minute ride. Lots of shopping, quaint bars and restaraunts and the sunset on Mallary Square. Be there two hours before sunset to see all the acts for entertainment!
Marathon has a movie theater, small performing arts theater and dozens of good restaurants. The city beach was renovated two years ago and is fantastic. Bathrooms, picnic tables, walkways. The best beach in the keys.
