These deluxe "Key West Charmers" are in a beautifully restored Victorian home that was converted into condominiums many years ago, located just one block off of Duval Street in the Heart of Old Town Key West. Our casual atmosphere allows you to chill out and enjoy having the best of Key West within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, entertainment and museums that we are most famous for.

Mingle with other guests around the tropical gardens surrounding the heated pool and sundeck creating the perfect setting for a laid back and quiet afternoon. Enjoy alfresco dining in the tropical gardens while you enjoy the wonderful weather that Key West offers!!

Depending upon your needs, we have 4 condo suites available for you:Great location for Family gatherings, weddings, just let your imagination run wild..Rent 1 or all 4 condos


Ground Floor- "The Poolside Suite" A large deluxe suite with a king bed that has been recently remodeled with beautiful ceramic tile, french doors, and a complete kitchen with everything you need and the space to do it in! can rent one condo or combine them for several more bedrooms and baths. Ground Floor - "Shangri-La Suite" A large deluxe suite with a queen bed and futon, bath and kitchen that is tucked away for privacy with it's own courtyard, complete with hammock.

2nd Floor - "Caribbean Suite" Tropical 2BR/1BA with king beds & futon, full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. Summer $259.00/1495.00 Winter $359.00/weekly $2145.00

High Season Price : $359 per Week


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Travelers checks (U.S.), and of course cash. (Sorry, no personal checks at time of check in.)

Reservations: At time of reservation 50% Deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations from time of booking to fourteen (14) days of arrival date will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of arrival date will be charged for one night. Sorry, NO REFUNDS for shortened stays. We reserve the right, to change your room #, if you are reserving for only 3 nights. If reserving within 14 days of arrival, this is a GUARANTEED NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
