A deposit of $1,000. is required to secure your reservation; Must be sent with certified check; Payment in full is required before arrival and the specific date for that will be discussed after dates requested. The cleaning fee upon vacating property is $85.00. Security deposit will be refunded within fifteen days after vacating property. For any repairs or problems you will contact me directly and I will handle the details.
