This Crescent Beach condo is nestled in between two permanent residents in a quiet complex making this the perfect unit for retirees or families. Four Winds Condo Unit C9 features a fabulous Atlantic ocean and Atlantic intercoastal views from within this unit. From this vacation rental in St Augustine FL, you can watch the sunrise while you lie in bed! Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of white sandy beaches on Crescent Beach from your private screened in balcony. The balcony overlooks 1 of 2 Heated Swimming Pools at Four Winds Condominiums. This privately owned Vacation Rental Home is furnished with everything you will need--a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, full-size washer and dryer. We provide all linens including Beach towels. Your St Augustine vacation will be perfect with the master bedroom that has an awesome ocean view, a king-size bed, and TV with cable, remote and VHS/DVD player. The second bedroom has an intercoastal view, twin beds with TV, cable, remote and DVD/VHS player. Living Room has a 32" TV with cable, remote, Game Cube System, three controllers, and DVD/VHS. You can bring your games or rent games at a nearby Blockbuster. Lots of beach equipment too. C-9 is a great st augustine florida accomodation.

The open living area is located on the second floor and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Best of all, you won't have to leave the condo to watch an awesome sunset or sunrise. However, a short walk on the boardwalk puts you on one of the most beautiful FLORIDA BEACHES.

The living area has 16-inch tile throughout while the upstairs has cashmere carpeting except for the tiled bath. New Central Heat & Air Conditioning, a new water heater, and four ceiling fans were installed during the remodel. Basic local telephone service is free of charge. A two-way splitter is installed in the kitchen to access dial up internet. DSL service is in the planning stages by the Association and coming soon.

Low Season Price : $579
High Season Price : $990 per Week


SECURITY DEPOSIT-$250 Security Deposit per unit of stay is due upon confirmation of rental. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending key return and inspection of the premises, unless your stay is cancelled. Refunds are usually mailed within three (3) business days. A $7.55 fee applies to all deposits charged to credit cards (our cost.)

Personal Checks and all major credit cards (via PayPal) are gladly accepted. Payment of the full rental invoice is due 30 days prior to your arrival date; otherwise, rental will be re-opened to others. Sorry, but once paid these fees are not refundable unless we are able to rent the unit to others after your cancellation.
