Fully Equipped Kitchen: Full Stove and Refrigerator, Icemaker, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal,
Coffeemaker, Microwave,Toaster, Blender, Electric Can opener, Electric Mixer, Pots, Pans,
and Utensils. We also furnish paper products and even an array of spices. There is a
toddler chair for your little one too. The Kitchen has both a pantry and a closeted
washer and dryer, plus ironing board and iron. We even have a water purifier at the
sink.
We furnish an array of items for the beach: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, Plenty of Sand Toys, Drink Cooler, Football, Tennis Rackets, Frisbees, & Bocci balls . We even have a beach cart to carry your items to the beach.
We also offer for your baby: Toddler chair with tray, portacrib, and an umbrella stroller.
As You can see from our list, all you will need to bring is your
Bathing Suits, Suntan Lotion and Toothbrushes!

Summer Rates: (03/01 - (08/31) 185/nt, 900/wk
Winter Rates: (01/01)- (02/28) 160/nt, 750/wk, 2,250/mo
Off-Season : (09/01)- (12/31) 135/nt, 600/wk, 1,850/mo
Add $70.00 One Time Cleaning Fee Plus 9% Tax to Rate and Cleaning Fee (1 Month = 4 Weeks Only)
Security Deposit:$250.00(must be received 10 days after initial contact, along with signed contract)
This will RESERVE your dates . Upon arriving at Beso del Sol, the Reservation Deposit becomes a Damage Deposit and is TOTALLY refundable 10 days after your stay if all rules and regs, per rental agreement, are met.
Cancellations are honored if given One Month before your Stay. You will be charged a Processing Fee of $50.00.
Full Payment is Due 2 Weeks Before Your Stay. Contact owner regarding payments.
