This ground floor condo is one of the nicest you will find, conveniently location just off I-95 at exit 121. Only two years old with little wear and tear. The main attraction is the 3 PGA golf courses, but the private community pool is appealing as well as the Mets Spring Training stadium about a mile away. The beach is a short drive as are local restaurants and shopping.
The condo provides almost everything you will need from handsoap to beach towels. On the screened in porch you will find a gas grill for your use.

In high season cancellation is 30 days prior with possible forfeiture of deposit if replaecement not found. Payment is by US check or money order (preferred). Minimum 3 night stay. Taxes are not included.
