There are four spacious and beautifully maintained units at this facility. They are located in the exclusive residential neighborhood of "Hillsboro Shores" on the East side of A1A in Pompano Beach. Each two bedroom, two bathroom unit with king beds, and a sofa bed in the living room so that you can comfortably sleep four adults and two children, is tastefully furnished and decorated like a "Home away from Home." In addition, your vacation home includes individual washer & dryer combinations, a fully equipped kitchen, and your own private patio. All units open directly on to the centrally located swimming pool. The residents private beach is located at the end of the street and just around the corner less than a block from the facility with access gained via a private gated and
locked entrance between two of the beach front mansions for which you will have a key for the duration of your stay. There you can bathe in the warm waters of the ocean itself,or at the secluded cove on the outer harbor of the Hillsboro Inlet and watch the boating activities by our historic landmark lighthouse at Lighthouse Point.
We have over 50 restaurants offering everything from gourmet to fast food, two major grocery supermarkets, a shopping mall, and an 18 screen cinema complex within two miles of us for your vacation needs and enjoyment.
We are conveniently located for all the desired tourist destinations and major sports franchises in South Florida midway between Palm Beach and Miami. The Cities of Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton are located immediately to our North, and to the South we have Lauderdale by the Sea and Fort Lauderdale.
If you are a golfer the nearest course is just one mile away. Drift & Sport Fishing, and Scuba and Snorkel diving are located at the Hillsboro Inlet within two hundred yards of us.

High Season. (Mid-December to Mid-April) $1,200.00 per week. (Rentals are minimum one week during High Season) We have very generous progressive discounts for stays of one, two, three or four month seasonal rentals. Low Season. (Mid-April to Mid December) $850.00 per week. Long term off season residential rates are very negotiable depending on length of stay. We require a 1/3 deposit to book a unit, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards via "PayPal" the online convenient and safe payment method as used by millions on E-Bay. We have "Booking and Rental Agreements" that give you simple and precise terms for your vacation stay with a clear cancellation policy included.
