The living room/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa, 27” TV with remote, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, local phone service, and answering machine. The kitchen comes with all the dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen items such as toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator/ice maker. New central air/heat with ceiling fans in all rooms. All linens and towels included. Beach chairs, kids toys, and umbrellas are included.

Protect your vehicle or motorcycle inside the attached single car garage. The garage has a washer/dryer and a tub sink with hose to rinse off the sand. Newly renovated with new furniture with a Caribbean beach style décor. Tile and Laminate wood floors through the entire townhouse. No carpets. Take a stroll on the beach, enjoy a swim in the pool, and relax on the balcony overlooking the ocean. No driving on the beach allows you to relax while your kids play. $650-700 per week in US Dollars. Call or e-mail for rates to special events like Speed Weeks, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break, BCR, Pepsi 400.
Refundable security deposit is required to lock the dates ($200.00 on weekly stays and $500.00 on monthly). Remaining full payment is due 60 days prior to vacation date (90 Days for special events). Full refund of entire security deposit if you cancel more than 60 days prior to the first date of your reservation (90 days prior for special events). Under 60 days, I will refund the security deposit and payment if I am able to rent the unit for your reservation date, 90 days notice applies to special events (Bike Week, Speed Weeks, etc).
Weekly rates from Saturday thru Saturday unless approved in advance. Check In 3:00PM and Check Out 10:00AM (I am flexible. No smoking, no pets and please abide by the townhouse regulations.
