Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $795
High Season Price : $875 per Week


A $200 security deposit holds your reservation when booked. $300 if bringing a pet, $400 for a monthly reservation. Full payment is do 30 days before your arrival date during the high season months of the year. All other times payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

There is a $100 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida resort taxes charged in addition to the published rental rates.

In the off season months we have deep discounted Package Specials that include all the rent, resort taxes and cleaning. Please inquire for details.
