This is by far one of the nicest complexes on the non driving beach. Complex underwent a multi-million dollar renovation 6 years ago and was built in 1986, which makes it one of the newer complexes in the area.
Complex has a private tennis court, heated pool with spa, exercise room with cable TV and DVD, TRUE jogging and cycle machines, weight machine, sauna, gas grill and pool deck overlooking ocean. Only 53 units in complex.
Condominium located on car free beach--no need to be concerned about any cars driving on the beach. Wide flat beach for plenty of room to play.
Wireless high speed internet (must bring your own notebook computer) or wired connection as well. The complex also has a wireless connection down by the pool. No need to bring your beach towels or chairs! The condominium has plenty of beach chairs, large beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, shovels, 3 adult bikes, 1 child bike, frisbees, balls, tennis rackets and much more. The garage is an added benefit. All beach stuff must be kept in the garage and cannot be brought back to the condominium.
Inside the garage are kept: bikes, a surfboard for guest use (NOT ones in cases), fishing rods, bikes, boogie boards (the real Moray Boogie kind), skim boards, beach toys, metal shovels for those big digs!, and the beach chairs (5 total).
Be sure and view the Movie Library for a movie listing. There are also Focus On The Family Adventures in Odyssey stories on a DVD that can be played in the kids room (Audio). There are TV and DVD players in each bedroom and in the family room there is a DVD Player/HiFi Stereo with 6 speaker surround system. There are also over 120 quality DVD movies that are kept in the condominium for viewing. See link for complete listing.
Oversize Jacuzzi in Master Bath. Master Bath and Family Room have floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass overlooking ocean. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new excellent mattress.
Unit was totally renovated and remodeled in 2004. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, range, microwave and small appliances. There is a dinette that seats 4 and the dining room seats 4. There are 2 folding chairs for additional seating that are kept in the master closet. The balcony contains 2 tables that seat 4 each. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room INSIDE the unit.
