It is a twenty minute drive south of Daytona Beach, an hour drive from Orlando and all trhe Disney attractions, and forty minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. Plenty of options for golf, fishing, sight seeing, amusement parks and a beautiful large beach.

Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $500
High Season Price : $600 per Week


1. Rentals are weekly – Sat.-to-Sat. Check in is 2:pm, Check out by 10:am. Monthly only for Jan. Feb. and March
2. Rates are $600 a week June thru Aug. $500 a week May, Sept. thru Dec. $550 a week for April. Monthly rates Jan. thru March are 1,500. Prices do not include a one time cleaning fee of $85 and 12.5% Florida Tax.
3. A $200 security/damage deposit is needed to hold a reservation. This is refunded 14 days after departure or if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival. One half of rent is due 60 days prior to arrival with balance due on arrival. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice forfeits one half of rent, unless the unit can be rented.
