For rates please email or call 305-244-1002. We accept cash, money orders, cashier's check, personal checks, and credit cards for your deposit. There is a one time cleaning fee of 50.00 and a refundable security deposit of 200.00. Check in is at 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m.

Last minute rentals will only be accepted if payment is received by cash or directly from paypal. No other form of payment will be accepted. If this form of payment is not received then guest will have to find elsewhere to stay. You can reserve now by contacting Josie Hoff.
