This amazing suite is located in the Heart of Miami Beach on Millionaire’s Row, conveniently between Bal Harbour/Sunny Isles and South Beach. Only minutes from Mt. Sinai Medical Hospital and approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. We are directly on the Atlantic Ocean, where you will enjoy 700 feet of private, white, sandy beach.

This beautiful suite is fully furnished with two full size beds, full size futon, television with tv stand, lovely marble dinette set, refrigerator, microwave, full marble bathroom, coffee maker, large windows with oceanview site, ample closet space, in room safe, A.M./F.M. alarm clock, telephone, iron/ironing board, linens, and towels. Each floor has a Guest Laundry Room for your convenience.

Reservation/Security Deposit Information:

There is a required Reservation/Security Deposit Fee in the amount of 300.00. This fee is due upon reserving suite. It will hold dates before your stay and serve as your security deposit during your stay. This deposit is in addition to the full payment for your stay. It will be returned to you via paypal or US mail 48 hrs. after checkout, minus any damages. If you cancel your reservations four weeks prior to your contract date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your contract date, then you will forfeit the reservation fee of $300.00.
