The location couldn’t be better. We have it all whether you're looking for Mother Nature or the Glam and Glitzy. South Beach is a 20 minutes ride, as is Fort Lauderdale. A multitude of restaurants are available within walking distance. Prestigious Aventura Mall with world-class shopping is less than 4 miles away. Right over the Intercoastal Waterway, and visible from our balconey is Oleta River, the largest urban park in the state. The Oleta River is not only home to a wide variety of birds including hawks and osprey but also manatees and bottle nosed dolphins. Kayakes and bikes are available for rental, or you can walk or drive in and stroll around. There are concession stands as well. Another wonderful nature spot is West Lake in Hollywood, about 20 minutes to the North. This is also an area for canoeing or kayaking.
