You will be in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO Condominium was converted to Suites. Everything inside the Suite is new, including state of the art furniture, amenities, and a 42" plasma T.V with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lumus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach. Valet parking is available in front of the Condominium as well as parking meters. Two indoors high-rise pay parking buildings are a block away for your convenience.
