This two-bedroom, two-bath, manufactured home is only seven years old, and is in pristine condition. We take pride in ownership and have decorated with a tropical theme throughout, to make your stay a perfect vacation paradise that you will never forget! Every amenity is there, with a fully-furnished and equipped home, from kitchen to bath to bedroom, all linens, all appliances, and even the staples of everyday cooking and living are there so that you do not have to worry about the basics, including your washer and dryer.
Our goal is to have you just enjoy your getaway! If you choose to explore the area, Disney is a 45-minute drive, Miami is a day trip away, and the shops and restaurants of Melbourne and the seaside village of Indialantic are within one to seven minutes away in any direction. We are very unique in that the only over-road crossway to the beach is located directly at the end of our entryway off of Route A1A. This means you can walk to the beach in safety and never have to wait for traffic to stop and let you pass. Brand-new Paradise Park is across the road with volleyball courts, cooking grills, gazebos, and playground for the little ones. Indialantic-by-the-sea is situated between the Melbourne Causeway and Eau Gallie Causeway. It sits between the Indian River to the west and the Atlantic Ocean 2/10th of a mile to the east.
At the end of a picture perfect day at the beach, walk back to your home across the way, and enjoy the relaxing hot tub at the pool area, which is directly across from the home. There is also a grill cooking area, and outside dining area (in addition to your own personal outdoor dining in your enclosed and screened patio within the home). Shuffleboard and other outdoor games are available for your use and enjoyment. You have use of the gorgeous heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs, so if you want to spend the day here or at the beach, that may be the biggest decision you have to make!

It is a community of upper end, private, manufactured homes that show not only pride of ownership, but the safety and security of being in a community that is less than a minute away from the fire and rescue squad of Indialantic. This is a safe and private community with a mix of retired and semi-retired people enjoying life with children and grandchildren alike in a seaside setting. Everyone is friendly and helpful, if needed, but your privacy is also guaranteed so that your vacation can be the best you have ever had in this beach-side home.
