Low Season Price : $550
High Season Price : $900 per Week


Monthly rent off-season is $1,300 per month. We pay cable, taxes and pool service, Home Owner Association fees etc. You pay electrical, water, phone charges, plus Internet. First and last month, plus one month security deposit required. We allow one pet weighing less than 35 lbs with non-refundable pet deposit.
Seasonal rent is $3,500 per month, including cable, pool service, Home Owner Association fees, taxes (if staying more than 6 months)and local phone service. You pay electric, long distance phone service and Internet. If you stay less than 6 months, there is a 11.5% tourist development tax the state of Florida charges.

All seasonal rentals must be paid in advance in full, either by cashier's check or money order or wired funds, or cash in US Dollars upon arrival.
