Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located on the ground floor of a two story townhouse. It has a screened porch large enough to eat on that looks out at the 11th hole of the golf course at Indian River Plantation, which is a Marriott owned development on Hutchinson Island near Stuart, Florida (50 minutes north of the West Palm Airport). A sofa bed in the living room also sleeps up to two additional people.

The unit is located in walking distance to pools, beaches, golf, and tennis courts. Playgrounds for children and grills for cooking outside are also available. Causeways link Hutchinson Island to the mainland for easy driving access. A number of amenities are also available on the island such as grocery stores, restaurants and shops, which are all in easy driving distance.

Stuart is a quaint and charming town on the Treasure Coast of Florida. A number of artists have settled there so the downtown area features many galleries with beautiful and unusual original paintings, sculpture and jewelry. The town also has many charming and delicious restaurants and a great ice cream shop.

Hurricanes are infrequent because of the northern location of the island on the east coast of Florida, making this location safe and desirable. Port St. Lucie to the north also has much to offer in terms of entertainment and resort activities.

The layout is pretty basic. When you walk in, you go down a short hall and the laundry room is through a door on the left, then you come to the kitchen on your left followed by dining/living space and a screened in porch where you may also eat because there is a
table and chairs out there, too. On the right is one bedroom and the bath is across from it also on your right. This bedroom has a queen bed (I think it's a queen and not a double, but I couldn't swear to it...), which is where my husband and I stay. Through a door off the living room on the right is the second bedroom that has two twins and a bathroom that you get to through the room in the back on the right. That is where we put the kids unless one of them wanted to sleep on the couch in the living room either pulled out or left as a couch, which is what happened when they got older and didn't want to share a bedroom with a sib of the opposite sex.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $700 High Season Price : $800 per Week

The unit rents by the month in January, February and March. If you are willing to take 2 or 3 months, a discounted rate can be negotiated. The security deposit is $500. A deposit of 25% is due at the time of reservation, 25% is due by September for a January, February or March rental with the balance due upon arrival. Other times during the year the unit may be available for a week at a time. The security deposit is $500 with 50% due at the time of the reservation with the remainder due upon arrival.
