Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1250
High Season Price : $1600 per Week


We require a 50% deposit if more than 90 days prior to rental and balance due 60 days prior to rental, other wise full payment at time of reservation. Payment is preffered by bank check if less than 60 days prior or by personal check. Credit cards are possilble if time is of the importance. Any cancelation within 60 days of check in will be refunded only if unit is rerented for that time.
