(will be refunded asap upon your departure)
$100 One time Cleaning Fee, to be left in Condo
along with keys, pool & golf tags upon
departure.
Mgmt. people will have condo open w/air cond. & water on as well as condo cleaned when you arrive. They will clean condo, change beds, & wash towels/sheets & dishes upon your departure only."No Daily Cleaning Service)
