Peck Plaza is a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation at
the beach. This property was voted as the #2 most
recognizable Daytona landmark, noted for it's unique round
shape as well as being the tallest building in Daytona.
We offer many amenities to help make your trip a memorable
experience.

The condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, with
private bath, and the guest room has a queen sized bed and
a double bed, with private bath, making it perfect for a second
couple or for a family to share. The living area separates the
two sleeping areas, giving everyone their privacy.

Peck Plaza has just completed a multi-million dollar renovation
project and the property looks great!

The building has an enormous sun deck with swimming pool, kiddie
pool, hot tub, lighted tennis court, basketball court/handball court,
and inside we have a billiards room, ping pong room, gym and sauna.

On the beach there are vendors offering everything from
hot dogs and hamburgers to four wheelers and bicycles. There's
always something entertaining to do.

At the end of the day, take the private owners elevator up to
the "Top of Daytona" Restaurant, offering 360 degree panoramic
views of all of Daytona as well as a gourmet menu and
relaxing lounge.

Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $850
High Season Price : $1200 per Week


$200.00 US Reservation Deposit. This becomes your damage deposit upon occupancy. That is gladly refunded if the condo is returned to us just as you found it. The balance of the rental is due 30 days before occupancy. We charge $75 cleaning fee, and 12.5% Florida Tax. Rental rates range from $850 (US) per week to $1200 (US) per week. Bike and Race Event weeks are higher. We take personal checks and we also take credit cards using PayPal. No money orders or cashiers checks, please. Cancellation Fee is $200.00 if cancelled before final payment. After final payment, cancellation is allowed if we can rent the property for your dates, minus 20% cancellation penalty. Weather related cancellations are allowed if the authorities order an evacuation due to weather: full refund before occupancy, pro-rated refund based upon days occupied if you are in the property when the evacuation is ordered.
