This spacious condominium unit, with over sized rooms, is ideal for families that may include a person with mobility limitations. The master bathroom, with it's ADA approved bathroom and low threshold shower, is completely wheelchair accessible. The building's free underground and outdoor parking is within a few steps of dual elevators which open at the apartment's front door on the 7th floor.

Living room, breakfast nook and a large balcony offer wonderful morning and evening views. Watch the sun rise over the water and in the evening watch the pelicans fly home within a few feet of your waterfront balcony's railing.

Wide hallways make it easy to access the extra large rooms. There is a king sized bed, 2 night stands and a dresser in the master bedroom. The guest room is equipped with 2 double beds, a nightstand and a dresser. The main dining area is large enough to serve 6 to 8 friends comfortably from the formal dining table and chairs.

On the easternmost wall, just off the kitchen, there is a "breakfast nook" with table and chairs from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Daytona drive-on sandy beach. The living room has a queen sized sofa bed, a matching love seat/couch and a very comfortable chair that swivels and rocks. There is also an electric lift lounge chair for that extra boost when getting up.

The furniture layout offers ample floor space for easy maneuverability and access to closets, balconies and personal storage space. One can see the beach and the ocean from every seat in the living room and breakfast nook. The bedrooms offer beautiful panoramic views of the inland waterway and a 9 hole golf course.

Both bedroom sliding doors open to a second balcony, which also overlooks the inland waterway. The condo extends the full width of the building providing a wonderful breeze, should you choose to turn off the ice cold air conditioning system .

If you decide to dine at home , there are 8 place settings and a full complement of cooking utensils and appliances including a 2 door GE Profile refrigerator-freezer with ice and water dispenser on the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric frying pan and a toaster. The cook-top and oven are electric. Just off the building's main lobby, there is an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Outside, just a few feet away from the Atlantic Ocean, there is a large pool and sun deck for getting that golden brown Florida tan.

There is lots to do in Daytona. Besides the beach, where you can drive your car or motorized wheelchair or scooter, there is a boardwalk in downtown Daytona Beach. Disneyland is 1 hour away, so day trips to the Magic Kingdom are convenient. The Daytona Speedway and Dog Racing are 20 minutes away. Cape Canaveral, America's Gateway to the Stars, is an easy 1 hour's drive south. Historic St. Augustine is an hour's drive north.

I have made every effort to make your stay as carefree and joyful as possible. Mobility and accessibility issues are not a factor in this home. Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1000 High Season Price : $11050 per Week

A deposit of 50% of the total agreed upon amount is required to reserve the period of time selected. The remainder is due no later than 2 weeks before your stay in Daytona begins. At that time I will send you the keys. Bank drafts or money orders are preferred. Paypal is acceptable. Personal checks must clear before any reservations can be confirmed.
