Cleaning fee: $100 additional
Security Deposit: $1500

Cancellation Policy: more than 60 days notice, $500 fee. Within 60 days of arrival, no refunds.

To reserve: Rental amount paid at time of reservation.

Accepted Payment Method: Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer.
