Vacation Rental Description
This spacious ocean view condo is in a prime location between Fort Clinch State Park and Main Beach oceanfront park. Walk just 200 steps through the park to the beach. Or explore the many hiking, biking and skating trails in Fort Clinch State Park. Take a 2 mile bike trip past marshes, parks, residential areas and the historic district to downtown Fernandina with a marina and scores of restaurants and shops. Bicycles and beach chairs are in the garage.

The Ocean Park complex has a pool and jacuzzi that overlooks Fort Clinch State Park. There are elevators and stairs which give you easy access to this 3rd floor unit.

Inside the condo enjoy cable tv, a desktop computer with wireless internet connection in case you would like to bring your own computer, and five recliners in the living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom had two twin beds with two pull out trundle beds underneath them. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The living room, kitchen and master bedroom have views of the ocean and the palm tree lined ocean front park. The balcony overlooks the park. The other two bedrooms have views of the pool and Fort Clinch State Park.

The ocean is only 200 steps from the condo. Life guards are there during the season. Head north along the beach for miles of pristine coastline. Head south along the beach for restaurants, businesses and houses. Beach volley ball courts, basketball courts and a skateboard park are in the adjoining Main Beach Park. A fishing pier , historic exhibits, shady bike trails, and off road bike trails are in Fort Clinch State Park. Look for ice age fossils and sharks teeth along the state park beaches.
