This 2 bedroom is located a neighborhood in the Venice bird sanctuary. There are many tall oak trees that provide shade not only to the house but also to the neighborhood on long walks. The house is spacious with a combo living/dining room, a walk-in closet, florida room, a screened front porch and an enclosed all-season back porch. The yard is fenced for privacy and security of pets. The garden patio in the back yard has a BBQ grill, table and chairs and chaise lounges. The house is wired for both desktop and wireless internet. There are 2 bedroom suites -- one with a California King bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can combine to make a king. The kitchen is generously stocked with a double door refrigerator with ice and water through the door, a solid surface cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher and all of the cooking pots, pans and utensils you might need. The living room features satelite TV with surround sound, DVD player and VCR player. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive or a short bike ride and many more within 1/2 hour drive. Bicycles (2) are available at no extra charge upon request. We accept up to 2 dogs under 25 lbs or one dog under 50 lbs. Cats may be be accepted on a case by case basis and a $100 refundable pet deposit for each one will apply. All persons over the age of 18 occupying the home for 2 weeks or longer must sign a contract that defines the term of the rental. All pets must also be described in the contract. A refundable $500 deposit is required to secure the rental. One half of the total rental will be due at least 30 days before the beginning of the rental and the balance will be due at check-in.
