Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven,coffee maker and toaster, breakfast counter. Washer/dryer. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Living room: sleeper sofa, love-seat, coffee table, end-tables and lamps, entertainment center with TV, CD/DVD player. Lanai furnished (drop-leaf table and 4 chairs),carpeted and screened-in with small lake view. Unit is fully air-conditioned and heated, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans. All amenities, such as pots, pans and utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, linens, sheets, pillows and pillowcases, towels, washcloths, blankets, pillows, bedcovers, ironing-board and iron, vacuum cleaner.
