January-March $2700/month!!!
April - Aug $1200/week OR $1800/month.
Sept-Dec $1000/week OR $1400/month.

Any 2 continuous months or more from April-Dec rate can be reduced from regular rates!! Will also rent long term lease. Inquire for other time periods. $85 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to confirm dates. Check in is after 3pm on arrival date and check out is before 9am on departure dates. 12% tax will be added to short term rentals. Sorry no pets. Smoking outdoors only please. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. Prices are based on season. Please inquire. Now accepting reservations.
