The best Sarasota location. Charming neighborhood, 1920's house, but updated with all amenities. Very open and light, totally private pool, beautiful gardens, hardwood floors, high ceilings, fireplace, sunroom, high speed DSL plus computer, HD-LCD TV, DVD, 4 bicycles for your use. Bike into town and the waterfront (about 7 minutes by bike) or walk to Southside Village, which is one street away, to shop at Morton's Gourmet market or eat at one of several restaurants that are the most popular in Sarasota, but just footsteps away.
Very tranquil setting, but still close in. 10 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes to downtown. Located between brdiges to Siesta Key or Longboat Keys famous white sand beaches!!
