Come and enjoy our wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bath-1200 square foot condo
located oceanfront on Redington Shores (between Indian Rocks and
Madeira Beaches). Beautiful sunrises will warm you and ocean sounds
will soothe you as you sit on our screened porch. The master bedroom
contains a queen size bed, TV with cable, a large walk-in closet and
bathroom. Second bedroom also contains a queen size bed, large
closet, TV, and brand new bathroom with large shower and granite
countertops.

The fully equipped kitchen features a new dishwasher, refrigerator,
range, microwave, and all the cookware and dining ware to make you
feel right at home. Dining area seats 6 people and family room has
sleeper sofas.

Relax in this privately owned condo with lots of extra touches to
make you feel right at home. One stay and you want to return year
after year.

Activities and Attractions

Redington Shores is known for its small town character and family
atomosphere. The warm climate, wide white beaches and a variety of
outdoor activities make this the perfect vacation spot. Redington
Fishing Pier is a five minute walk from our condo as well as many
popular restaurants including the Lobster Pot, Frog Pond and Wine
Cellar.

There are a vast array of local attractions nearby including John's
Pass (with dining, shopping and casino ships), Fort Desoto Park
(rated as one of the top beaches in the world), Tropicana field,
putt-putt golf, sightseeing, deep sea fishing and dolphin cruises, BayWalk,
Saint Petersburg Pier, Salvadore Dali museum, and numerous shopping malls.

In addition to local sites to see, there are other large cities
nearby (Tampa 40 minutes, Clearwater (20 minutes) and Orlando (2
hours)where you can visit Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World and
Universal Studios.

Vacation Rental Amenities

While you visit us, take full advantage of the wonderful amenities
offered by the Gulf Mariner. Our highly secure condo complex which
was just recently painted/updated contains 70 units with 4
penthouses. Our unit is on the fourth floor and is accessible by
stairs or elevators. Our condo has one reserved parking space with
additional visitor spots available.

Heated pool with separate heated spa face gulf front surrounded by
large patio area with 2 shuffleboard courts. There is a large green
space with another patio area containing 3 gas grills for evening
cookouts. There are three coin operated laundry rooms on each
floor. Clubhouse facilities are available with a refundable deposit.

Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $2200
High Season Price : $2700 per Month


Our condo complex requires a 3-month minimum rental. Prices are as follows:


Fall 2008: $2200 a month
January 2009-March 2009-$2700 a month (includes electricity and sales tax)
April 2009-June 2009 $2400 a month

$1,000 deposit required to reserve
