This is a terrific beach front condo on Lido Key, right on the white sand, wide-open Gulf of Mexico where you can experience Ritz Carlton beach-front luxury and amenities at affordable prices. Our condo features a luxurious living room with two full couches and chairs, flat screen HD TV/cable/DVD, phone/wireless internet. The formal dining room offers fine linens, china and crystals is adjacent to a full service kitchen with a breakfast bar. This central living area is flanked on each side by two spacious bedroom suites. The master suite is sprawling, features a king size bed, two sink vanity, walk in closet, full bath and numerous amenities like a color TV, phone, armoires, lounge chair, a window to the ocean and direct access to the balcony. The second suite has a queen size bed, vanity area, complete bath, TV/Phone, office-desk, lounge chair and also has direct access to the balcony. A bit smaller than the master suite but it offers spectacular view of the sunset of the Gulf of Mexico right from the bed. A central feature of this experience is the balcony. With a terrific view of the Gulf of Mexico/beach the 35 foot long balcony is privately accessible at from each of the 2 bedroom suites and from the central living room. It is ideal for a refreshing breakfast, a lazy lunch or elegant dinner watching the sun foat into the Gulf. Two spacious elevators provide full/wheeel chair access. Central services include an elegant library/sitting area, separate exercise/sauna for women and men. Outside there is a private-heated pool/cabana patio area, gardens and best of all a private/secured gate to the Gulf of Mexico beach. This spacious 1,600 SF condo is right next to the new Ritz Carlton Residence and Beach Club. High Season Price : $4800 per Month

A minimum deposit of $500 is normally sufficient to assure booking, and is fully refundable at completion of stay. The preffered method of payment is by personal check or wire transfer. Cancelation is negotiable based on the extent of the advance notice. Normally add 10% for Florida state tax and $95 cleaning fee. Contact the owner for special deals on extended stays and off season specials
