Orlando is about an hour fourty five minute drive from the Cottage, The Tampa air port is only a 40 minute drive, and the newly renovated Downtown St. Petersburg is only 20 minutes away. There is a beach trolley that runs from Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille every 20-30 minutes. Our easily accessible beaches and intracoastal waterways provide an array of enjoyable activities for residents and visitors alike.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1450
High Season Price : $1950 per Week


We except personal checks, money orders, pay-pal. Our high season is Febuary through April. We have six villa's ranging from 1 bedroom to a 4 bedrooms. Prices range from $1,950 to $950 a week during high season and from $1,450 to $550 a week during low season. There is a 12% tax, a cleaning fee and deposit required. We rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation Policy:
45 days or more prior to first day of reservation-Full refund, less 25% administrative fee.
44-30 days prior to first day of reservation- 50% refund less 25% administative fee.
14 days or less prior to first day of reservation- NO refund.
