There are additional villas on the property including a 4 bedroom Cottage which makes this the perfect place for family or friendly gatherings/reunions or weddings. There are several restaurants and beach shops within walking distance, or you can spend your days or nihgts at many of the local attractions. Clearwater beach is approximately 10 min north, and Johns Pass Village in Maderia Beach is approximately 10 min south. Both have numerous water activities, beach shops, and many unique resturants and nihgtclubs. OUr easily accessible beaches and intracoastal waterways provide an array of enjoyable activities for residents and visitors alike. Wether you swim,fish,boat, or just sunbathe there are an endless number of amenities available

We have tried to think of every thing anyone would need to have a perfect vacation here with us on our beautiful beaches of Indian Shores. There are celing-fans, central heating/air or air conditioning in every room. We provide laundry-soap, soap basics, alarm clocks, CD players, hair-dryers, linens provided, resturant-dining-guide, toilet-paper, paper towels. Fully loaded kitchens with toasters, blenders, coffee makers, electric tea pots, iron and boared, cooking utensils,. We have beach chairs for the beach, BBQ grills for each villa, Wash Machines for your use. All you need to do is bring your self and faimly and come have a great time. This is a great place to lay back and relax, or fill your day with all the fun in the sun activites anyone could want all located near by. We look forward to meeting you!

Cancelation Policy: 45 days or more prior to first day of reservation- Full refund less 25% cancelation fee
44-30 days prior to first day of reservation-50% refund less cancelation fee
29-15 days prior to first day of reservation-25% refund less 25% cancelation fee
14 days or less prior to first day6 of reservation-NO refund
