This spacious lovely decorated condo faces the beach, sleeps 4 and has a FABULOUUS view of the Gulf of Mexico with it's powder white soft sand - from the living room, bedroom and balcony. Large pool deck w/ pool and Spa. We are in the condo building called "Beach Cottages 2" reserved covered parking and guest parking. The kitchen is totally equipped, towels and linens provided. The complex itself has been newly renovated - we are the new “beauty on the Beach”! You will love it!
Condo Sleeps 4 (5 w/ a cot) King bed in bdrm, queen sofa bed and cot if needed. Indoor and out door Jacuzzi
We have lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and grills down at the pool (BIG pool and pool deck) plus a Jacuzzi and we also have beach chairs to bring right down to the beach.
The Kitchen is totally equipped with a full size stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, frig with an automatic ice icemaker and filtered water plus a dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer. Everything you could possibly need!
We are located on Indian Shores - 30 min. from Tampa Int. airport - 90 min from Disney and Orlando Parks - 35 min Busch Gardens.
Nearby; John's Pass Village, St Pete Pier, Clearwater Beach, Tampa Aquarium, St Pete Dali Museum, Deep sea fishing, party boats, golf, tennis, convenience stores, shopping malls, restaurants, mini-golf, seabird sanctuary, Tiki gardens.
Golf: about 60 golf courses within 60 min. We have access for you to "Innisbrook Golf Property" - home of the Chyrsler Tourm. with it's 4 PGA courses!
