We are a unique property on the 'Gulf. Each cottage is tastefully decorated and has its own creative charm. We are a historic landmark and located on a prime landmark property - no high rises and lots of privacy. The Trolley is steps away and the location is close to stores, restaurants, parks, etc. We have seen many an artists' brush and appeared in several art shows and Beach Cottage calendars. The location is directly on the Gulf and each unit is literally steps from the sand. The sunsets are awesome and you can watch dolphin on their moning and evening journey North and South. The birds, cranes and egrets abound and love a morsel of food. We have a beach kayak, volley ball, lots of beach chairs, rafts and toys. Truly a vacation remiscent of your own childhood - great to share with your children. There is Golf, Nature Walks, Parks, Theme Parks, Fishing (in the front yard and everywhere in Florida, Tennis, and boating.
