side balcony. We have tried to anticipate your every need, with vintage

Low Season Price : $950
High Season Price : $1400 per Week


Two Week Rental Minimum per the Pier House HOA
30 Day Advance Notice is Required
Rentals usually begin and end on Saturdays

January - April $1400/week $3900/month
May, June & July $1200/week $3300/month
Aug, Sept, October $950/week $2800/month
Nov & Dec $975/week $3000/month

$300.00 refundable damage deposit required
$100.00 housekeeping fee at checkout
Rates plus 12% Pinellas County and Florida Sales Tax
