Natural light in every room. Large porch with table, chairs, grill and towel rack. New computer with High Speed Internet access, itunes and printer, Free long distance phones and extra cable channels. A small library including reference books for Florida's birds, plants, animals, sea life and shell's. A file of local destinations and restaurants. Owner retired educator, there will be a test on these facts.

A 50 % deposit will hold your reservation and you may pay the balance upon arrival. I accept checks, money orders or cash. If you have to cancel I will return all of your money if I rent to another party.
