The Captain's Quarters, located at 2801 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach is an extremely popular three bedroom, two bath home with a private heated pool, poolside fridge, fountain, tropical, award winning landscaping and double garage. This wonderful beach house has great gulf views from its open deck and is less than a five minute stroll to the beach. Newly redecorated and outfitted with everything you need to make your vacation dream come true, including microwave, whirlpool tub, washer, dryer, cable TV and high speed wireless internet with free long distance calling. This home sleeps six with two queen size beds and two twin beds. Book early, and avoid being disappointed! One week minimum rental. Pets under 25 pounds considered with a $150. non-refundable pet fee.

DEPOSITS: A $500.00 deposit paid by Visa or MasterCard is required for all rentals. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however, the card number will be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Forfeited or retained deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, no-shows or early departure. Each reservation requires a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

Credit cards accepted for deposits ONLY; we do not accept credit cards for rent.

RENTAL PAYMENTS: Final rental payments are due in full, thirty days prior to occupancy, payable by check to Island Vacation Properties. Keys will not be dispersed until final payment is made.

CANCELLATION: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

The realtor offers travel insurance, which is strongly encouraged, but you may decline.
